Stand Out Home Care in Tennessee is growing and seeking experienced, dependable caregivers who are ready to make a difference in clients' lives. We provide personalized in-home care for private-pay clients as well as VA and CHOICES program participants, serving communities across Tennessee.

Join our supportive team for flexible full-time or part-time hours with weekly pay. Ready to Stand Out? We offer PTO after 30 days, insurance after 60 days, and growth as we expand.

Competenze

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 2 years caregiving experience required.
• Dependable, professional and compassionate.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to follow client care plans and instructions.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to complete required background and compliance screenings.

Mansioni

• Assist clients with activities of daily living.
• Bathing, grooming, dressing and personal care.
• Mobility, transfers and ambulation assistance.
• Meal preparation.
• Light housekeeping and laundry.
• Medication reminders.
• Companionship and supervision.
• Running errands and assisting with daily routines.
• Following individualized client care plans.
• Maintaining a safe and comfortable home environment.
• Reporting changes in a client's condition to the appropriate team member.
