Ashley | The Wellsville Group at the Batavia, NY Distribution Center is hiring a Standing Lift Driver. You will receive and unload shipments, verify accuracy, and inspect for damages. You will operate standing lifts up to 40 feet high and maintain a safe, orderly workspace in a full-time role.

Starting pay is $18/hour with potential to reach $19/hour after 90 days, plus weekly pay and incentives. Benefits include health insurance, PTO, holidays, and a 401K.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Physical strength to lift furniture up to 100 lbs+.
• Valid Driver’s License required.
• Prior lift experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive & unload incoming product while verifying shipment accuracy and inspecting for damages or defects.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work area; operate tools and equipment.
• Operate dolly, pallet jack, and/or forklift (if certified).
• Operate standing lift to pick/pull product up to 40 feet high.
• Adhere to SOPs and meet daily/weekly/monthly performance targets.
• Promote safety awareness within the team.

Our Batavia, New York Distribution Center is hiring for Standing Lift Driver immediately! As a Standing Lift Driver, you will be responsible for receiving and unloading incoming shipments, ensuring the accuracy of products, and inspecting for any damage, defects, or discrepancies. You will maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment while operating various equipment. The role also involves using standing lifts to pick and pull products up to 40 feet above ground level. A strong focus on safety and adherence to standard operating procedures is essential, with the goal of consistently meeting performance targets.

• Desirable full-time schedule - Monday through Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm
• Weekly pay – this position starts at $18/hour, with opportunity to advance to $19 after 90 days
• Pay incentives – additional incentives based on responsibilities, performance & attendance. *As a standing lift operator, you have the potential to add up to $100/week to your paycheck

What You'll Do As a Standing Lift Driver

• Receive & unload incoming product while verifying accuracy of shipment & inspection for damages loss, or defects
• Maintain product, tools, equipment, & work area in a clean, orderly & safe manner
• Operate dolly, pallet jack, and/or forklift (if applicable/certified)
• Operate a standing lift; pick/pull product up to 40 feet above ground level
• Adhere to all standard operating procedures & ensure daily/weekly/monthly performance levels are achieved
• Strong commitment to safety policies & procedures and ability to promote awareness with team members
