A Standing Lift Operator is being sought by The Wellsville Group for their Batavia, New York Distribution Center. This full-time role includes receiving and unloading shipments, verifying accuracy, inspecting for damage, and safely operating standing lifts to pull products up to 40 feet high.

Qualificações

• Must have a High School Diploma or GED.
• Ability to lift furniture up to 100 lbs.
• Valid drivers license required.
• Prior standing lift or forklift experience preferred.
• Strong commitment to safety procedures.

Responsabilidades

• Receive & unload incoming product while verifying accuracy of shipment & inspection for damages, loss, or defects.
• Maintain product, tools, equipment, & work area in a clean, orderly & safe manner.
• Operate dolly, pallet jack, and/or forklift (if applicable/certified).
• Operate a standing lift; pick/pull product up to 40 feet above ground level.
• Adhere to all standard operating procedures & ensure daily/weekly/monthly performance levels are achieved.
• Strong commitment to safety policies & procedures and ability to promote awareness with team members.

Standing Lift Operator

Full-time Regular Batavia, NY, US

Salary Range: $18.00 To $19.00 Annually

Our Batavia, New York Distribution Center is hiring for Standing Lift Driver immediately! As a Standing Lift Driver, you will be responsible for receiving and unloading incoming shipments, ensuring the accuracy of products, and inspecting for any damage, defects, or discrepancies. You will maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment while operating various equipment. The role also involves using standing lifts to pick and pull products up to 40 feet above ground level. A strong focus on safety and adherence to standard operating procedures is essential, with the goal of consistently meeting performance targets.

What We Offer:

Desirable full-time schedule - Monday through Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm
Weekly pay – this position starts at $18/hour, with opportunity to advance to $19 after 90 days
Pay incentives –additional incentives based on responsibilities, performance & attendance. *As a standing lift operator, you have the potential to add up to $100/week to your paycheck
