Qualifications
1+ years of experience in generator service, small engine repair or related mechanical/electrical work.
Strong customer service and verbal communication skills.
Physically able to perform job duties, including climbing ladders and lifting equipment.
Responsibilities
Travel to residential job sites using a company-provided service vehicle.
Perform diagnostics, routine maintenance, and repairs on whole-home standby generators.
Clearly communicate with customers regarding services performed.
