Kinsley Power Systems is hiring Field Service Technicians to service standby generators across the Northeast, including 8kW–1MW units. You will diagnose and repair generator systems, perform load-bank tests, and contribute to accurate quotes while delivering exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Experience with engines, electrical systems, or heavy equipment is essential.
• Ability to perform preventive maintenance and repairs on generator systems.
• Strong communication and customer service skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on standby generator systems (8kW–1MW).
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, test, and start-up generators; complete load-bank testing.
• Prepare accurate quotes for repairs and submit work orders; support field operations.
