Job summary

B3H Corporation is seeking a highly experienced Standards and Evaluation (Stan/Eval) Specialist to support Global Strike Command – Bomber Squadron Operations Support at Ellsworth AFB, near Rapid City, SD. The role requires oversight of flight evaluation requirements and safety directives, with the ability to quickly interpret and apply multiple sources of guidance in a fast-paced flying squadron.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years in a squadron, group, or wing Stan/Eval/training shop, OR three years in a DoD equivalent office.
• Minimum of two years of experience utilizing PEX or similar systems.
• Minimum of two years of experience utilizing Microsoft Access, Excel, and SharePoint.
• Must possess a Secret Clearance or previously held Secret Clearance which has expired (not revoked).

Responsibilities

• Review and update student and permanent party records per AFI 11-202V2, AFI 11-2MDS-V2, and local guidance.
• Generate the AF Form 8 ( Certification of Aircrew Qualification ) and compile Evaluation/Testing Status and Trend Data reports.
• Notify crewmembers, scheduling personnel, and leadership of upcoming or overdue testing and evaluations via email, phone, or in person.
• Maintain strict accountability and control of flight testing materials and perform testing administrator functions for the unit.
• Conduct monthly reviews for aircrews entering the first month of their evaluation eligibility period.
• Interpret Air Force Instructions (AFIs) to assist Stan Eval personnel in tracking training and readiness status.
• Standardize the technical order library across mission planning vault computers and manage mission data cartridge checkout procedures.
• Provide data to Wing Stan Eval for the Standardization Evaluation Board's 6-month report.

The Stan/Eval Support Specialist will provide critical oversight of flight evaluation requirements and safety directives. This role requires high flexibility and attention to detail to quickly interpret and apply multiple sources of guidance in a fast-paced flying squadron.
