Job summary

Accurate Personnel LLC in Aurora, IL is hiring immediately for a Stand Up Reach Truck Operator to move materials, load/unload trucks, and stage items in a fast-paced warehouse. This role requires forklift experience (stand-up preferred), the ability to read and speak basic English, and the stamina to stand and lift in a warehouse environment.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 2:30pm–11pm, on-site with benefits included.

HIRING IMMEDIATELY: STAND UP REACH TRUCK OPERATOR IN AURORA, IL

Accurate Personnel is hiring immediately for a Stand Up Reach Truck Operator to join our team in Aurora, Illinois. This individual will be responsible for operating stand-up and Bendi forklifts to move materials, loading and unloading trucks and stage materials, supplying materials to production and storage areas. The ideal candidate will possess forklift experience, ability to read English, and ability to speak basic English.

Pay, Schedule, and Location

• Starting at $20.50/hour
• Excellent benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision
• Monday – Friday, 2:30pm – 11pm
• Located in Aurora, Illinois

Duties and Responsibilities

• Operate stand-up and Bendi forklifts to move materials
• Load and unload trucks and stage materials
• Supply materials to production and storage areas
• Perform daily forklift inspections
• Follow all safety and warehouse procedures

Requirements and Qualifications

• PPE required: Safety shoes
• Forklift experience required (stand-up experience preferred, not required)
• Ability to read English
• Ability to speak basic English (does not need to be fluent)
• Ability to stand, lift, and work in a warehouse environment
• Ability to work assigned shift and overtime as needed
