Job summary

ManpowerGroup in San Bernardino is hiring a Stand-up Reach Operator for a temporary, full-time role. Pay rate is $21 per hour, with shifts from 2pm to 10:30pm, Monday through Friday. A background check, drug test (THC included), and steel-toe shoes are required.

Experience with various MHE types, including order pickers and reach/counterbalance forklifts, is essential. Education required is a High School Diploma or GED.

Qualifications

• Experience operating stand-up reach forklifts and other MHE.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload shipments using the WMS.
• Report discrepancies between inventory and shipping/receiving docs.
• Ensure safe loading/unloading to prevent damage.
• Locate and replenish picking locations and support other warehouse roles.

The Forklift Operator is responsible for the safe, accurate loading and unloading of products within the distribution center.

Job Responsibilities: (Primary Duties, Roles, and/or Authorities)

• Load and off-load inbound and outbound shipments utilizing the WMS.


• Report discrepancies between the inventory count and shipping/receiving documents.


• Ensure every effort is made to load/off-load pallets in a manner that promotes safety and impedes damage.


• Locates and retrieves products as well as replenishes picking locations.


• Become knowledgeable of the responsibilities of the other warehouse positions.
