Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking a Forklift Operator in Riverside, CA to join our Warehouse Operations team. You will move materials, maintain inventory accuracy, and support safe warehouse execution with a strong safety mindset and hands-on WMS experience.

Ideal candidates have forklift operation experience (sit-down/stand-up cherry picker, pallet jack rider), familiarity with Oracle ERP, and the ability to adapt to changing priorities while keeping auditable records.

Responsibilities

• Maintain an organized warehouse layout and manage material movement.

• Record transactions in Oracle ERP for receiving, stocking, issuing and returns to vendor.
• Conduct daily cycle counts and physical inventory checks with auditable records.

Job description

Our client is seeking a Forklift Operator to join their team. As a Forklift Operator, you will be part of the Warehouse Operations team supporting daily material movement, inventory accuracy, and safe warehouse execution. The ideal candidate will have a strong safety mindset, hands-on warehouse experience with WMS, and the ability to stay organized while adapting to changing priorities.

Location: Riverside, CA

Pay Rate: $21/hour

Shift: Monday-Friday, 7:00am-3:30pm

What's the Job?

• Maintain an organized, standard warehouse layout and manage all material movement throughout the warehouse.
• Ensure the safety and security of warehouse inventory and equipment while operating a forklift.
• Unload shipments, process receipts, and put away material to support inventory accuracy.
• Perform transactions in Oracle Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) to account for receiving, stocking, issuing, and returns to vendor.
• Drive inventory integrity through daily cycle counts and physical inventory checks, while keeping auditable records for shipping and receiving.

What's Needed?

• Warehouse Management System (WMS) experience.
• Oracle experience preferred.
• Warehouse and forklift operation experience, including sit-down, stand-up cherry picker, and pallet jack rider.
• Ability to proactively solve problems, take the lead on improvements, and quickly adapt to priority changes.
• Strong commitment to safety policies and procedures, including identifying and reporting safety hazards and encouraging safe practices in the team.
