Ryder System, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Stand up Reach Operator at our Dekalb, IL facility to support fast-paced distribution operations. You will operate stand-up reach equipment, pick, pack, and ship goods such as candy in a clean, safety-focused environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• One year or more warehouse or powered industrial truck experience preferred.
• Valid forklift operator's license certified.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Perform warehouse functions including loading, picking, packing, shipping, receiving, forklift operation, and cycle counting.
• Work within performance measurement guidelines of the contract.
• Ensure accurate picking/packing, auditing, tote induction, and loading/unloading of trucks.
• Handle day-to-day paperwork in a warehouse (picking sheets, returns, bills of lading, etc.).
• Provide maintenance support for automated packing systems during production hours.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Warehouse Forklift Operator / Driver Positions Pay Weekly

• Hourly Pay: $20.30 per hour
• Schedule: Three-and-a-half day workweek!
• A Shift; Sunday - Tuesday 5:15 am to 4:45 pm and Wednesday 5:15 am to 11:15 am

Warehouse associates work in clean, organized, and well‑run facilities to provide the safest supply chain environment.

• Equipment used: Stand-up High Reach and Dock Lift

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Responsibilities

• Perform warehouse functions, which may include loading, picking, packing, shipping, receiving, forklift operation, and cycle counting
• Perform duties within performance measurement guidelines of the contract
• Responsible for accurate picking and packing, auditing, tote induction, staging of products and loading/unloading of trucks
• Responsible for dealing with day‑to‑day paperwork in a warehouse environment (i.e., picking sheets, returns, bills of lading, etc.)
• Provide technical and maintenance support for different aspects related to the automated packing system during the core shift hour of production
• Perform other duties as assigned
