Job summary

Aerotek in Riverside, CA is seeking a Forklift Operator (Stand-Up Reach) to safely handle warehouse products using a Raymond stand-up reach forklift. You will perform put-aways, loading, picking, staging, and related warehouse activities over an 8-hour shift.

Qualifications

• Experience operating a Raymond stand-up reach forklift (Pacer).
• Ability to safely operate a stand-up reach forklift and follow safety guidelines.
• Capable of lifting up to 50–60 lbs andCase handling with accuracy.
• Familiarity with RF systems in logistics is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate a Raymond stand-up reach forklift to load, unload, pick, put away, and stage products.
• Perform put-aways, loading, picking, and staging accurately and efficiently.
• Case pick from multiple pallets, lifting up to 60 lbs over an 8-hour shift.
• Follow work instructions and safety guidelines on daily tasks.
• Support operational processes to ensure value to the customer and compliance.
• Assist with inventories and cycle counts, maintain proper stock rotation.
• Inspect pallets/cases for quantities, items, brands, and lot codes.
• Learn and use RF systems for logistics tasks and documentation.
• Communicate issues to management and suggest process improvements.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly work area.
• Participate in training and cross-training as needed.
• Perform other warehouse duties to support operations.
