Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1+ year related warehouse experience preferred.
• Valid Forklift Operator's License.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to work in a diverse environment.
• Punctual with good attendance.
• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Handle loading, picking, packing, shipping, receiving, forklift operation, and cycle counting.
• Adhere to performance measurement guidelines of the contract.
• Ensure accurate picking and packing, auditing, tote induction, staging of products and loading/unloading trucks.
• Manage day-to-day paperwork in a warehouse environment (picking sheets, returns, BOLs).
• Provide technical and maintenance support for automated packing systems during core production hours.
• Other duties as assigned.
