Ryder Supply Chain Solutions in DeKalb, IL is hiring a Warehouse Stand up Reach Operator. This role focuses on safe, accurate handling of candy products in a clean, organized facility with a schedule resembling a 3.5-day workweek and weekly pay.

You will operate stand-up reach trucks and dock lifts, support distribution across the US, and benefit from on-the-job training, medical/dental/vision, a 401(k) with company match, PTO from month 1, and employee discounts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1+ year warehouse or powered industrial truck experience preferred.
• Valid forklift operator license required.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Ability to work independently and as a team.

Responsibilities

• Perform warehouse tasks including loading, picking, packing, shipping, and receiving.
• Operate forklift and manage cycle counting.
• Ensure accurate picking/packing, auditing, tote induction, and loading/unloading trucks.
• Handle day-to-day paperwork (picking sheets, returns, bills of lading).
• Provide maintenance support for automated packing system during production.
• Performing duties within performance measurement guidelines of the contract.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
