Express Employment Covina is seeking a Stand-Up Forklift Operator for a client in City of Industry, CA. Shift hours are Mon-Fri 10:00 AM-6:45 PM with potential overtime. Pay is $19.00 per hour.

Contract type: Full Time | Part Time. Responsibilities include operating stand-up forklifts, loading/unloading, and using RF scanners and WMS to manage inventory. The role requires forklift experience, certification, and comfort in a warehouse setting with duties in receiving, shipping, and cycle counting

Qualifications

• Experience operating a stand-up forklift (reach truck and/or order picker preferred).
• Ability to obtain or maintain forklift certification.
• Experience in a warehouse/distribution center/logistics environment.
• Basic math and reading comprehension skills.
• Ability to use RF scanners and warehouse management systems.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate stand-up forklifts, including reach trucks and dock stockers, to transport materials throughout the warehouse.
• Load, unload, move, stack, and stage products according to established procedures.
• Pick and replenish inventory accurately using RF scanners or warehouse management systems (WMS).
• Verify product quantities, labels, and locations to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Assist with receiving, shipping, cycle counting, and inventory control activities as needed.
