Luttrell Staffing Group is hiring for a Stand-Up Forklift | Order Selector position in Lebanon, TN. The role is full‑time, temp‑to‑hire, with $18 per hour, working Monday–Friday from 10:00 am to 6:30 pm. It offers weekly pay and insurance options.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-year previous forklift/warehouse experience.
• Ability to follow all safety protocols.
• High degree of attention to detail.
• Comfortable with exposure to environmental conditions (heat/cold; noise and dust).
• Comfortable with heights.
• Ability to operate different types of forklifts including stand‑up, and order picker.
• Ability to stand for duration of shift.
• Ability to lift up to 50-75 lbs.
• Ability to stoop, bend, squat, kneel, twist and reach.

Responsabilidades

• Operate stand-up forklifts and order pickers while following warehouse safety standards.
• Use RF scanners to track inventory and product movement.
• Receive, pick, transport and store products safely and efficiently.
• Stack, palletize and tote products as needed.
• Maintain accurate shipping, receiving and inventory records.
• Keep the warehouse clean and organized.
• Wear required PPE and perform powered equipment safety checks.
• Work comfortably at heights and around heat, cold, noise and dust.
• Wear PPE as required.
• Follow all policies and safety procedures in place.
• Completes any other related tasks as needed.
