Job summary

Pathway Group is seeking an experienced sit-down forklift driver for our Lebanon, TN distribution facility. You will operate a sit-down forklift, including reverse driving, to move tractor parts in a fast-paced warehouse.

This temp-to-hire role starts at $19/hour with overtime opportunities and a Wednesday–Sunday schedule, or Sat–Tue alternative, with a 7:00 AM start time. Ideal candidates have at least 3 years forklift experience and a proven safe operating track record in a warehouse or

• Minimum 3 years of forklift operating experience.
• Experience operating a sit-down forklift safely and efficiently.
• Experience in a warehouse or distribution environment is preferred.
• Ability to lift and move heavy materials.
