Job summary

Zep Inc. is seeking a Stand Up/Reach Lift Truck Operator to ensure safe receipt, storage, and shipment of products.

This role involves off-loading inbound materials, putting away stock, and preparing orders using stand up forklifts and RF scanners. The position requires 6 months of warehouse experience, English communication, the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and readiness to train on reach trucks and order pickers.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read, write and communicate in English.
• Minimum 6 months experience in warehouse with stand up / reach lift.
• Ability to stand for 8 hours daily, up to 6 days a week.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with WMS/WM and RF scanners.
• Willing to be trained and certified on reach truck and order picker.
• Ability to bend, stoop, reach, push, pull and lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
• Willing to work overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Unload inbound freight using stand up/reach forklifts safely.
• Receive, put-away, pick, and pack shipments.
• Operate forklift, pallet jack, and RF scanners.
• Maintain clean, organized warehouse; follow 5S and safety rules.
• Support cycle counts and inventory accuracy.
• Follow OSHA standards and safety procedures.
• Meet distribution center standards for trailer space utilization.
