Job summary

Zep Inc. is seeking a Stand up / Reach Lift Truck Operator to ensure safe receipt, storage, and shipment of products using stand up forklifts, walk behinds, and pallet jacks.

The role includes loading/unloading, put-away, replenishment, picking, and outbound loading in a fast-paced distribution center in LaGrange, GA. Responsibilities include operating forklifts at height, using SAP RF scanners, counting freight, and maintaining a clean, safe work environment per OSHA standards.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read, write and communicate in English.
• Basic math (addition and subtraction).
• Must be able to stand for 8 hours per day for up to 6 days a week.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload freight using equipment in an efficient and safe manner.
• Load, unload, pick, put-away, consolidate, stack and stage products using a stand up/reach forklift or other power equipment.
• Move product to storage areas with proper equipment.
• Read orders and fulfill orders by using SAP RF scanners.
• Participate in physical inventories as needed.
