Job summary

Randstad USA is currently seeking a forklift operator in Hudson, NH to efficiently move pallets, load and unload materials, and support daily warehouse operations.

Responsibilities include operating a stand-up forklift, inspecting pallets, and reporting safety concerns to maintenance. The role requires PIT testing and adherence to dress and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Operate stand up forklift to retrieve pallets from staging lanes and put away into storage.
• Assist in transferring large bulk materials between the manufacturing floor and finished goods warehouse.
• Inspect pallets for stability and wrapping before transport using the forklift to maintain control of the load.
• Perform daily tasks as directed by the floor supervisor, including sweeping, area cleanup, and organization when equipment is not in use.
• Report any equipment damage, system failures, or safety concerns to maintenance immediately.

Job description

Your responsibilities

• Utilize the stand up forklift to retrieve incoming pallets from the staging lanes and move them directly into assigned storage locations (putaway).
• Assist in the transfer of large, bulk materials or completed product loads between the manufacturing/processing floor and the finished goods warehouse.
• Ensure all pallets being moved are inspected for stability and correct wrapping before transport, using the forklift to maintain control of the load.
• Perform routine daily tasks as directed by the floor supervisor, which may include sweeping, area cleanup, and general organization when equipment is not in use.
• Report any equipment damage, system failures, or safety concerns immediately to the maintenance team.
