Job summary

Randstad USA in Gretna, NE is seeking a dedicated 2nd Shift Stand-Up Forklift Operator to safely operate lift trucks, process inbound receiving, and maintain inventory flow in a distribution setting.

You will work Monday through Friday from 03:00 PM to 11:30 PM, pass the PIT test, and contribute to a clean, safe workplace following 7S and quality policies. Randstad offers a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of verified experience operating stand-up forklifts and order pickers in a distribution or manufacturing environment.
• Successful performance on a Powered Industrial Truck (PIT) Test.

Responsibilities

• Operate powered industrial lift trucks and order pickers to push, pull, lift, stack, or move products, equipment, and materials.
• Use a handheld scanner with accuracy for tracking and inventory management.
• Perform inbound receiving processes and load/unload trailers as needed.
• Demonstrate commitment to process excellence and understanding of the Supply Chain quality policy.
• Adhere to the 7S program and maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

Job Description

We are hiring a dedicated 2nd Shift Stand-Up Forklift Operator for our Monday through Friday team. You will drive smooth evening operations by safely maneuvering equipment, executing accurate inbound receiving, and managing inventory flow.

What You’ll Do on a Typical Day

• Equipment Operation: Operate powered industrial lift trucks and order pickers to push, pull, lift, stack, or move products, equipment, and materials.
• Inventory & Scanning: Use a handheld scanner with a high degree of accuracy for tracking and inventory management.
• Loading & Unloading: Perform inbound receiving processes and load/unload trailers as needed.
• Operational Excellence: Display a commitment to process excellence and demonstrate a clear understanding of the Supply Chain quality policy.
• Facility Maintenance: Adhere to the 7S program and maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.

Experience

1+ year of verified experience operating stand-up forklifts and order pickers in a distribution or manufacturing environment.

Location & Hours

Location: Gretna, NE

Work Hours: 03:00 PM - 11:30 PM

METAL FREE FACILITY. Shirts or t-shirts must have sleeves and be without any holes or rips. Pants without any holes or rips. No profane or suggestive texts and images. Composite toe and non slip footwear only. No metal is allowed but zippers on jeans are okay.
