Job summary

Randstad USA is seeking a forklift/pallet-jack skilled operator for an on-site shift in Middletown, CT working 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM. You will manage palletized goods across multiple rack levels using a pallet truck, RF scanner, and sit-down forklift to ensure accurate movement and storage of inventory.

You will also support inbound and outbound loads, perform just-in-time replenishments, and adhere to safety and load guidelines on a fast-paced dock environment.

Qualifications

• Successful performance on a Powered Industrial Truck (PIT) Test.

Responsibilities

• Utilize RF scanning technology in conjunction with forklift operation to electronically verify and log the movement and storage locations of all pallets.
• Safely stage outbound shipments and manage inbound receiving loads, ensuring efficient use of dock space.
• Operate at required production speeds while strictly maintaining control and adhering to load capacity and stability guidelines.
