Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. in Morris, Illinois seeks a Stand Up Forklift Operator to join our warehouse team on the Sunday–Wednesday shift (5:00 PM–3:30 AM). Earn $21.75 per hour with an additional $2.00 premium on the N1 shift, plus weekly pay and full benefits.

You will handle food products using a stand-up forklift in a clean, safety-focused facility. We offer paid training, 401(k) with company match, healthcare, PTO from month one, and employee discounts.

Qualifications

• Experience operating stand-up forklifts in a warehouse setting.

Responsibilities

• Perform warehouse functions including loading, picking, packing, shipping, and forklift operation.
• Follow performance measurement guidelines of the contract.
• Accurate picking/packing, auditing, tote induction, staging and loading/unloading.
• Handle day-to-day paperwork in a warehouse (picking sheets, returns, bills of lading).
• Provide technical/maintenance support for automated packing system during core shift hours.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
