This role operates a stand‑up forklift in a fast paced facility handling food products, with a schedule from Sunday to Wednesday, 5:00 PM to 3:30 AM. Training is provided and PTO starts in month one.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• One year or more related warehouse and/or powered industrial truck experience preferred.
• Valid Forklift Operator's License certified.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as a member of a team.
• Ability to operate in a diverse work environment with reliability.
• Punctual with good attendance and initiative.
• Able to lift/push/pull up to 35 lbs and stand long periods.
• Flexible schedule across shifts.

Responsibilities

• Perform warehouse functions including loading, picking, packing, shipping, receiving, forklift operation, and cycle counting.
• Maintain accuracy in picking, packing, auditing, tote induction, staging, and loading/unloading trucks.
• Handle day-to-day warehouse paperwork such as picking sheets, returns, and bills of lading.
• Provide maintenance/support for automated packing systems during production hours.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
