Ryder System, Inc. is hiring a Permanent Stand-Up Forklift Operator in Minster, Ohio. The role focuses on warehouse functions such as loading, packing, shipping, and forklift operation within a clean, safety-first facility.

You will work a 44–55 hour week with a schedule that supports family planning and offers weekly pay, paid training, and benefits including medical, dental, vision, and a 401(k). A sign-on bonus of $1,000 is paid in installments over the first six months.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• One year or more warehouse and/or powered industrial truck experience preferred.
• Valid forklift operator license/certification required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Perform warehouse functions including loading, picking, packing, shipping, receiving and forklift operation.
• Adhere to performance measurement guidelines of the contract.
• Accurately pick/pack, audit, and stage products; load and unload trucks.
• Handle day-to-day warehouse paperwork (prints, returns, bills of lading).
• Support automated packing system during core production hours.
