Job summary

Ryder is seeking a Stand-Up Forklift Operator at Minster, OH to join a fast-paced warehouse team. You will operate stand-up forklifts, pick, pack, and ship orders, and support daily warehouse functions in a safe, organized environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred or equivalent.
• 1+ year warehouse and/or powered industrial truck experience preferred.
• Valid Forklift Operator's License.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform warehouse functions: loading, picking, packing, shipping, receiving, forklift operation, and cycle counting.
• Maintain accuracy in picking, packing, auditing, tote induction, staging, and loading/unloading trucks.
• Handle day-to-day paperwork (picking sheets, returns, bills of lading, etc.).
• Support automated packing system maintenance during core shift hours.
