Job summary

Schnellecke Logistics is seeking a Forklift Operator – Stand-Up to safely move materials in a high-volume warehouse. You will operate stand-up forklifts, perform inspections, and support production and shipping through accurate inventory handling.

The role requires certification for powered industrial equipment, plus experience with RF scanners and warehouse management systems. A safety-first mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment are essential.

Qualifications

Experience operating stand-up forklifts (reach truck, order picker) preferred.
Ability to obtain certification for powered industrial equipment.
Experience using RF scanners and warehouse management systems preferred.
Strong attention to detail and safety awareness.
Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Must be able to pass a criminal background check.
Must be able to pass a drug screening.

Responsibilities

Operate stand-up forklifts such as reach trucks and order pickers to move materials within warehouse aisles and rack systems.
Perform daily equipment inspections and document any safety or maintenance concerns.
Accurately scan, move, and place inventory using RF scanners and warehouse systems.
Load, unload, and stage materials to support production and shipping requirements.
Maintain proper inventory placement and ensure product integrity during handling.
Follow all safety policies, standard operating procedures, and company guidelines.
