Job summary

Kelly Services is hiring for a Pick Packer/Stand up Forklift role in Fairfield, OH. The position runs 12:00pm–9:00pm, Monday–Friday, with a pay rate of $19.19 per hour.

The role requires cross-training, lifting up to 70 lbs, and operating stand up forklift equipment to prepare orders and maintain inventory integrity. Relevant tasks include receiving, storing, selecting, packing, and distributing inventory, while adhering to safety procedures and SAP processes.

Qualifications

• Basic computer proficiency and ability to read and follow instructions.
• Strong communication and math skills for accuracy.
• Must be able to stand, walk, lift up to 70 lbs and work under close supervision.

Responsibilities

• Receive, store, select, pack, and distribute warehouse inventory.
• Perform lifting and moving of inventory up to 70 lbs.
• Operate stand up forklift, cherry picker, pallet jacks, and push carts safely.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly warehouse and complete daily safety inspections.
• Unload deliveries, identify and store product, and follow SAP procedures.
• Pack customer orders to exact specifications and assist with timely delivery as needed.
