Job summary

Randstad USA is seeking a Stand-Up Forklift Operator to keep our supply chain moving efficiently. You’ll unload incoming freight, stage materials in designated locations, and prepare outgoing shipments using stand-up forklifts.

Key duties include loading/unloading from trailers, locating and stacking palletized goods, building pallets, and inspecting inventory for damages or shortages. The role requires a High School education and offers hourly pay between $18.49 and $18.50.

Qualifications

• High School education is required.
• Experience in forklift operation is preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Safely load and unload materials from trailers and delivery vehicles using stand-up forklifts.
• Locate, move, and stack palletized goods to storage or staging areas.
• Build, wrap, and prepare pallets for secure shipment.
• Inspect inbound and outbound inventory for damages and shortages.
• Report quality issues promptly.
