• 1 year loading/receiving experience with at least 6 months operating stand-up/sit-down forklifts.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs repeatedly.
• Willing to work any shift, weekends and some holidays.
• Able to work in a cold (33 F) and wet environment.

Responsibilities

• Unload live and drop trailers and transfer items to stockrooms for racking.
• Support production lines with inventory as per FIFO and customer specs; perform cycle counts.
• Pick orders and load trailers following freshness rules and configurations.
• Use RF scan guns to track item movements, keep area clean, report incidents, and suggest safety improvements.
