Job summary

The Pictsweet Company is hiring a Forklift Operator to support repack production and warehouse operations. You will operate stand‑up forklift and move finished case and bulk product to designated locations, while keeping paperwork neat and accurate.

You must have at least 6 months of stand‑up forklift experience, be able to communicate in English with management and drivers, and work in a cold environment up to 10 hours. This is a drug‑free, equal opportunity workplace.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of stand‑up forklift experience.
• Must be able to communicate verbally in English with management and drivers and fill out required paperwork.
• Move products or materials by pushing, pulling, lifting and stacking.

Responsibilities

• Check equipment daily and report unserviceable equipment.
• Pull and return finished case & bulk product to designated locations in the freezer.
• Maintain warehouse, docks, repack, and plant grounds in a neat and orderly manner.
• Change out batteries and ensure they are charged with proper PPE.
• Follow company policies including SOPs and GMP handbook.
