Job summary

Endries International, Inc. in Brillion, WI, seeks a 1st shift Forklift Operator. Pull products from shelves and stage at lanes to keep shipments moving and meet hourly picks targets.

The starting wage is $19.00 per hour with benefits from day one. The operator will use cherry picker/stand-up forklifts, may lift up to 50 pounds during an 8-hour shift, and prior forklift or RF-scanner experience is a plus. Basic math and reading/writing skills are required.

Qualifications

• Previous forklift experience is a plus, but will train the right candidate.
• Computer experience and RF scanner experience is a plus.
• Have basic math, reading and writing skills.
• Ability to stand for your entire shift.
• Not have a fear of heights.
• Strong attendance record.

Responsibilities

• Pull product off shelves and stage it at the lanes to keep shipments moving.
• Meet picks-per-hour metrics.
• Lift packages up to 50 lb for an entire 8-hour shift.
