The Lee Group is hiring a Stand-Up Forklift Operator for a fast-paced and well-organized warehouse facility in Virginia Beach, VA. If you’re experienced in forklift operation and enjoy working in an efficient, team-driven environment, this opportunity could be a great fit.

You’ll be responsible for handling inventory movement with precision and speed—helping keep operations running smoothly and accurately.

What You’ll Do

• Pick orders for replenishment and customer fulfillment with accuracy.
• Retrieve and place pallets in a narrow aisle bulk rack storage system using stand-up equipment.
• Ensure quality control by verifying products and transactions.
• Load and unload pallets and cases from trailers or trucks.
• Operate shrink-wrapping machinery to secure outbound pallets.
• Perform general warehouse tasks based on business volume and team needs.
  
  

What You’ll Need

• High school diploma or GED.
• Experience operating a Narrow Aisle / Stand-Up Forklift.
• At least 6 months of recent forklift experience strongly preferred.
• Comfortable working at extended heights when needed.
• Strong attention to safety, efficiency, and warehouse best practices.
