NOTS Logistics – Shippensburg, PA is seeking a Stand-Up Forklift Operator to move materials safely throughout the warehouse and operate forklift equipment while maintaining quality and efficiency. The role requires a background in forklift operation, warehouse work, and familiarity with RF scanning technology to support accurate inventory and timely processing.

Starting pay is $22.50 per hour with a B-Shift schedule (10am-6pm) and overtime opportunities; weekend work may be required.

Qualifications

• Prior forklift experience required.
• Prior warehouse experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• RF scanner experience is a plus.
• Ability to read and interpret work instructions.
• Ability to lift up to 70 pounds repeatedly.
• Ability to stand and work for up to 10-hour shifts.
• Strong commitment to safety, attendance, and teamwork.

Responsabilités

• Safely move, store, and stage materials throughout the facility
• Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment as assigned
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures
• Communicate professionally and effectively with coworkers and supervisors
• Maintain equipment and report any operational concerns
• Utilize RF scanners and warehouse systems as required
• Assist with training and supporting team members
• Report to work on time and prepared for assigned duties
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management
