Randstad USA is seeking an experienced Stand-Up Forklift & Order Picker Specialist for the Weekend Shift in Gretna, NE. You will safely operate stand-up forklifts and order pickers, log inventory with RF scanners, and support dock and receiving operations on a 07:00 AM - 05:30 PM schedule.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year of PIT-experienced distribution/manufacturing work and must pass a PIT test. This metal-free facility emphasizes 7S and safety compliance.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of verified experience operating stand‑up forklifts and order pickers in a distribution or manufacturing environment.
• Successful performance on a Powered Industrial Truck (PIT) Test.

Responsibilities

• Operate stand‑up forklifts and order pickers to lift, stack, move, and stage inventory.
• Use handheld RF scanners to track, audit, and log inventory movements with high accuracy.
• Load and unload outbound/inbound trailers, verify shipments against manifests, and manage dock processes.
• Maintain a clean, safe workspace and participate in the 7S program.
