Job summary

Lyons Magnus LLC is seeking a Stand-Up Forklift Operator I for our freezer warehouse in Fresno, CA. The role requires operating a stand-up forklift, using an RF scanner, and loading/unloading materials while maintaining accurate inventory and safety standards.

Pay ranges from $19.00 to $22.00 per hour with an 8:30pm–5:00am schedule, Monday through Friday and occasional Saturdays. Benefits are described in the company overview; OT and weekend work are possible.

Qualifications

• 2 years of recent verifiable food manufacturing and distribution experience.
• Adept in fast-paced, narrow-aisle multi-temperature environments.
• High school diploma or equivalency.
• Preferred: Valid class A license.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supports Lyons Magnus mission, values, and vision.
• Collaborates with Lyons Magnus staff to maintain professionalism and good relations.
• Performs routine pre-/post-shift inspections on warehouse equipment.
• Manually load/unload materials onto/off pallets.
• Load trailers with pre-determined weight distribution patterns.
• Uses RF scanner to pick, stage orders, and load/unload trucks.
• Store and rotate stock in correct locations with minimal variance.
• Label material received correctly.
• Support facility cleanliness.
• Communicate effectively with team and leadership.
• Complete other duties as assigned.

A member of the Warehouse Department, a food service division at Lyons Magnus, an international food and beverage manufacturer headquartered in Fresno, California. The warehouse Stand-Up Forklift Operator I is responsible for accurate, timely, and safe handling of incoming and outgoing material in the freezer warehouse. Operators will also store & rotate stock, load trailers, and manually load or unload materials onto or off pallets. Additional duties may be assigned as needed. This position reports to the Sr. Director of Warehouse Operations.

Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour

Hours: 8:30pm - 5:00am

Schedule: Monday - Friday + occasional Saturdays

Must be willing to work OT and Weekends

• Correctly identify and apply labels to material received.
• Help support facility cleanliness.
• Effectively communicates with and supports team.
• Complete other duties as assigned by leadership.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

• Good prioritization and problem-solving ability.
• Self-starter that requires minimal supervision.
• Previous RF/WMS experience required.
• Proficient ability with a Stand-Up Forklift
