Job summary

Lyons Magnus in Fresno, CA is seeking a Forklift Operator I to safely handle incoming and outgoing material in our warehouse and production areas. You will load/unload pallets, rotate stock, and assist with trailer loading under supervision.

This temp-to-hire role offers OT and weekend work with compensation of $19.00 per hour plus shift differential. A high school diploma, RF/WMS experience, and forklift proficiency are required; bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Qualifications

• 2 years of recent verifiable food manufacturing/distribution experience.
• RF/WMS experience required.
• Forklift classes 1–5 experience including double‑deep high‑reach, standup, double walkie riders, electric and LP forklifts.

Position

A member of the Warehouse Department, a food service division at Lyons Magnus, an international food and beverage manufacturer headquartered in Fresno, California, the Forklift Operator I is responsible for accurate, timely, and safe handling of incoming and outgoing material in warehouse and production environments. Operators will also store & rotate stock, load trailers, and manually load or unload materials onto or off pallets. Additional duties may be assigned as needed. This position reports to the Sr. Director of Warehouse Operations.

Pay Rate

$19.00 per hour + shift differential

• 7:00am - 3:30pm
• 3:00pm - 12:00am
• 9:00pm - 5:30am

Requirements

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

• Good prioritization and problem‑solving ability.
• Self‑starter that requires minimal supervision.
• Previous RF/WMS experience required.
• Proficient ability with forklift classes 1‑5 including double‑deep high‑reach, standup, double walkie riders, electric and LP forklifts.

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalency.
• Adept in fast‑paced, narrow‑aisle and congested multi‑temp environments.
• 2 years of recent verifiable food manufacturing/distribution experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Valid class A license.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
