Job summary

Core Focus Personnel, LLC in Alabama is hiring Stand-Up Forklift Operators for the Cottondale area. You will operate a forklift safely, move racks and materials, and support shipping and receiving.

Starting pay is $18.00 per hour, with a gross average of about $875 per week at 50 hours. A high school diploma is required; forklift certification is preferred, and pre-employment background checks and drug screening are required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Certified Stand-Up Forklift Operator (preferred).
• 1 year of forklift experience required in a production warehouse setting.
• Ability to work scheduled shifts and overtime as needed.
• Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a forklift to move racks and materials throughout the facility, including shipping and receiving operations.
• Comply with all company policies and government safety procedures and regulations.
• Complete the necessary paperwork related to shipping and receiving, production, etc.
• Maintain production standards and achieve established production goals.
• Follow the preventative maintenance program for all equipment including completing all supporting documentation.
• Perform other duties as assigned in response to changing operating conditions and plant priorities.
