Penske Logistics is hiring warehouse associates in Aurora, IL to join a safety-conscious team. This role offers a stable day shift (Mon-Fri 7:30AM–4:00PM) with competitive benefits and opportunities to grow within a nationwide logistics leader.

No prior experience required, but reliability and basic reading skills help you succeed. You will stage, load, and unload trailers, operate stand-up clamp trucks, and use a warehouse management system.

Competenze

• No prior experience required but preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Proficient reading skills and ability to follow directions required
• Ability to work independently, customer service, dealing with others, multi-tasking skills, organizational skills, flexible, excellent with numbers and time management skills required
• Flexible to work overtime preferred
• Regular, predictable, full attendance is an essential function of the job
• Willingness to work the required schedule, work at the specific location required
• Safety sensitivity in job designation and responsibility for personal and others' safety

Mansioni

• Utilize a Stand Up Clamp Truck
• Accurately stage and sort products for loading
• Loads and unloads trailers
• Sorts and places parts in racks or other designated areas
• Stacks cardboard boxes and pallets
• Package or kit finished product for shipping
• Electronically scan products using a warehouse management system
• Complete daily logs
• Record numbers of units handled and moved using production sheets or work tickets
• Assemble product containers and crates using hand tools and precut lumber
• Other projects and tasks as assigned by supervisor
