Penske Logistics LLC in Aurora, IL is seeking warehouse associates to join a safety‑minded team. The role offers a base wage of $21.00 per hour with a Monday–Friday schedule and strong benefits, including PTO and health coverages, plus a boot allowance after 90 days.

Responsibilities include operating a Stand Up Clamp Truck, staging and loading, scanning inventory in the WMS, packing for shipping, and maintaining daily logs.

Formación

• No prior experience required but preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Proficient reading and ability to follow directions required; good numeracy and time management.

• Package or kit products for shipping.
• Scan products using the warehouse management system.

• Assist with other tasks as assigned by supervisor.

Job Responsibilities:

Including but not limited to

• Utilize a Stand Up Clamp Truck
• Accurately stage and sort products for loading
• Loads and unloads trailers
• Sorts and places parts in racks or other designated areas
• Stacks cardboard boxes and pallets
• Package or kit finished product for shipping (shrink wrapping, boxing, labeling)
• Electronically scan products using a warehouse management system
• Complete daily logs
• Record numbers of units handled and moved, using daily production sheets or work tickets
• Assemble product containers and crates, using hand tools and precut lumber
• Other projects and tasks as assigned by supervisor

Qualifications

• No prior experience required but preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Proficient reading skills and ability to follow directions required
• Ability to work independently, customer service, dealing with others, multi-tasking skills, organizational skills, flexible, excellent with numbers and time management skills required
• Flexible to work overtime preferred
• Regular, predictable, full attendance is an essential function of the job
• Willingness to work the required schedule, work at the specific location required
• This position is designated as safety sensitive by the company, and the ability to work in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner is required. Associates must have the ability to accept responsibility for their own safety, as well as the safety of others.
