Stand Out Home Care is hiring Certified Home Health Aides (CHHAs) to provide high-quality in-home care in New Jersey. The role focuses on compassionate support, personal care, and following nurse care plans.

Qualifications

• Valid New Jersey CHHA license (Required).
• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred.
• Must pass background check and health screening.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily living activities: bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Perform light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders.
• Follow the individualized care plan provided by the nurse.
• Report changes in client condition to the agency.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
