Stand Out Home Care is seeking experienced caregivers to join our growing team in Tennessee. We provide personalized in-home care that helps clients stay safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes, serving private-pay clients and VA/CHOICES participants.

We’re looking for dependable caregivers who want additional hours or a more consistent schedule, to work across Tennessee and grow with our company as we expand.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 2 years caregiving experience.
• Dependable, professional and compassionate.
• Strong communication skills.
• Reliable transportation.
• Able to pass background and compliance screenings.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living.
• Bathing, grooming, dressing and personal care.
• Mobility and transfers assistance.
• Meal preparation.
• Light housekeeping and laundry.
• Medication reminders.
• Companionship and supervision.
• Run errands and daily routines.
• Follow client care plans.
• Maintain safe home environment.
• Report changes to the team.

CAREGIVER RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist clients with activities of daily living

• Running errands and assisting with daily routines
• Following individualized client care plans
• Maintaining a safe and comfortable home environment
• Reporting changes in a client’s condition to the appropriate team member

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• Must be at least 18 years old
• High school diploma or GED required
• Minimum of 2 years of caregiving experience required
