Job summary

7 Brew Coffee is seeking a Manager to oversee one location in Oklahoma City, driving growth, profitability, and adherence to the company culture and values. You will lead a large crew, coach and train staff, and manage admin duties while reporting to the Regional Manager.

You will schedule shifts, monitor inventory and costs, and ensure health compliance. The role requires strong leadership, excellent customer service, and the ability to develop leaders for future positions.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in a fast-paced environment with 40+ team members.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (beginner level).
• Strong scheduling, training, and coaching abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead location growth and profitable operations while upholding culture.
• Coach, train, and supervise crew and Shift Leads.
• Create weekly shift schedules balancing labor cost and service quality.
• Track inventory and ensure waste reduction.
• Maintain cash handling and deposits.
• Communicate directives from upper management.
• Develop future leaders for upcoming roles.
• Ensure health compliance for crew.
