Job summary

Piedmont Beverage Company, a franchisee of 7 Brew, is seeking a Stand Manager to oversee daily operations at a busy drive-thru stand. You will lead a fast-paced team, ensure service standards, manage inventory, and uphold safety and quality across shifts.

Reporting to the Regional Manager, you will drive guest experiences, monitor labor and costs, and partner with HR/Operations on training and culture. Availability for mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

Work Schedule Requirements

• Full‑time role requiring availability for early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Work a minimum of 33 hours in stand
• Occasional travel may be required for training, meetings, and cross‑stand support.

• 1–3 years of leadership experience in a fast‑paced, service‑oriented environment.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to stay calm under pressure.
• Ability to address operational, procedural, or cultural issues confidently.
• Excellent communication, organization, and project‑management abilities.
• Ability to work outside in all weather conditions.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and comfort in troubleshooting equipment issues.
