The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership abilities, a flexible schedule including weekends, and the capacity to train and develop staff while maintaining high customer service standards. The position offers a salary range of $55,000.00 - $70,000.00.

Formación

• Proven leadership abilities in a fast-paced environment with 40+ team members.
• Ability to climb a ladder and use a stepladder.
• Beginner-level proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsabilidades

• Assume full responsibility for location’s growth and profitable operation.
• Coach, train, and perform administrative duties.
• Monitor and maintain necessary inventory and equipment.
