Job summary

Hago Automotive Corp in Mississippi is seeking a Stamping Supervisor for the 2nd shift (2pm - 10pm) in the Stamping department. Reports to the Production Manager and supervises Stamping Team Leaders, Machine Operators, and Material Handlers.

The role directs daily stamping operations to meet schedules, ensures safety, quality, and efficient production, and collaborates with Production, Quality, Maintenance, Tooling, Engineering, Logistics, EHS, and HR to resolve issues and develop staff.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of manufacturing experience.
• Minimum of two years of team-lead or supervisory experience.
• Automotive manufacturing experience strongly preferred.
• Experience with stamping, press operations, die changes, coil-fed material, tooling, parts production, quality or production control preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily stamping operations to meet production schedules and targets.
• Assign staff, equipment, presses, and work areas based on priorities.
• Conduct shift-start meetings and communicate safety, goals, and schedule changes.
• Monitor production output, downtime, efficiency, scrap, and labor utilization.
• Maintain KPI boards, reports, and improvement activities.
• Coordinate press setups, die changes, and start-up approvals.
• Ensure presses and tooling are prepared for production.
• Respond to quality concerns and production interruptions.
• Provide supervision and leadership to Team Leaders and staff.
