Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Research, plan, coordinate design, and monitor equipment to meet production goals.
• Own and lead maintenance processes for stamping lines and robotics.
• Develop procedures to ensure quality, delivery, and cost targets.
• Support downtime troubleshooting and data-driven improvement of KPIs.
• Train team on standard maintenance processes and 5S deployment.
• Collaborate with vendors on new products to improve reliability.
