Qualifications
- BS in Electrical Engineering or Industrial Tech with 3 years robotics controls experience.
- AS in Electronics Technology with 5 years robotics experience.
- 7+ years experience in a similar role and environment.
Responsibilities
- Improve cycle times by optimizing robot paths and programs.
- Assist maintenance during major faults and perform root-cause analysis.
- Develop preventive maintenance procedures and train staff.
- Monitor downtime and implement corrective actions for robots.
- Support engineering changes and ensure robot documentation is up to date.
- Stay current with robotics technology and standards (RIA, ISO, ANSI).
- Procure spare parts for robotic equipment.
- Champion robot training for plant personnel.
