Job summary

Futaba North America Group is seeking a Stamp ing Supervisor to oversee stamping production, ensure parts are stocked, and coach a team. Responsibilities include training, scheduling, performance reviews, and adherence to safety and quality standards.

The role requires rotating monthly between day and night shifts, maintaining attendance, and enforcing PPE in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• 2-year college certificate or equivalent.
• 1–3 years related work experience.
• Knowledge of machine maintenance and operations.
• Previous stamping experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure presses and dies operate correctly and are in stock.
• Train, schedule, and coach team members and conduct performance reviews.
• Rotate monthly between day and night shifts as needed.
• Manage safety, quality, productivity, and department performance.
• Track attendance and enforce PPE and ISO/TS requirements.

for ensuring that all presses are operational. Ensures that all parts are stocked. Involved in training, scheduling and coaching team members. Responsible for completing performance reviews. Involved in disciplining and terminating employees. Responsible for tracking attendance of stamping employees. Ensures that needed parts are in stock at all times. Responsible for checking presses and dies daily to ensure that they are functioning correctly. Involved in the scheduling of press operations. This position requires regular and reliable attendance to meet production needs. This position requires following all ISO 14001 and TS16949 standards. This position also requires compliance with quality standards at all times. All employees are responsible for wearing all the required Personal Protection Equipment (PPE) necessary for the tasks they are performing and/or the location of the building they are located in. All employees are required to perform any job, task, or duty assigned to them, whether or not it is directly related to their specific job title.

• Must be willing and able to rotate monthly between day shift and night shift schedules to support business and production requirements.

EDUCATION, SKILLS and/or EXPERIENCE

• 2-year college certificate or equivalent
• 1 to 3 years of related work experience
• Knowledge of machine maintenance and operations
• Previous stamping experience preferred
