Job summary

H. T. PROF Group is seeking a Stamping Press Room Manager to lead all production activities in the press room. The role ensures schedules, product quality, and on-time deliveries meet customer standards at minimal costs.

The manager will direct supervisors and stamping team members, drive continuous improvement, uphold safety standards, and coordinate with support functions to prevent production interruptions. Strong leadership and process optimization are essential.

Qualifications

• Must have 5+ years of recent stamping/press room leadership experience.
• New Program Launch experience required.
• Experience with IATF / ISO requirements.
• Strong understanding of Continuous Improvement and Lean Manufacturing methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Directs and supervises Production Supervisors, Shift Superintendent and stamping operations team to meet production and delivery schedules.
• Responsible for meeting production, quality and plant safety standards.
• Monitors processes to ensure objectives and timetables are met.
• Works with support personnel to ensure materials, quality, accounting and personnel needs are met to avoid interruptions.
• Responsible for identifying, implementing and verifying continuous improvement opportunities.
• Keeps work-in-process on track and maintains safe, efficient procedures.
