Job summary

Simpson Strong-Tie is seeking a Manual Press Brake Operator in Stockton, CA. You will punch, bend, seat, flange, and top flange parts to meet work orders and drawings while maintaining safety, quality, and efficiency.

The role requires independent initiative to meet production deadlines and KPIs, and relocation is not offered. The candidate should have a High School Diploma and 2 years of manufacturing experience, with ability to read tape measures, protractors, and squares.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Manufacturing production experience preferred (minimum 2 years).
• Ability to read measuring tools (tape measure, protractor, square) and work with precision.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate the press brake per prints and work orders.
• Perform quality inspections and communicate issues to leadership.
• Handle material between machines and ensure production deadlines and KPIs are met.
